Third-party car services in Switzerland

Hi Everyone!

Need your advice, in this, as I recognise, not a typical situation in Switzerland.
Are there any third party (not official) Tesla service centres (or privat specialists) in Switzerland that can professionally service a Tesla?
I am temporarily living in Switzerland and brought my 2017 Tesla MX with me.
The car was bought second-hand in the US and has experienced a road collision and bodywork a long time ago, resulting in the official Tesla CH smoothly refusing to service it.

Any information would be appreciated as I have no idea what to do now.
