Hi!
I know you have United nations institutions in Switzerland, that is why I'm seeking for help here..
My friend ordered M3 (dual motor) in Austria. The thing is, he is working for UN Austria and they are exempt of VAT. They told him they don't know how to sell him the car without VAT.
Order cancelled and he was redirected to Tesla Netherlands - same answer
Does somebody know someone that resolved this problem? Quick help appreciated, otherwise he'll have to go for ICE instead :/ Thx! PS. Is there some other Tesla forum in Switzerland or where could I find some help (from someone that managed to buy it via UN and without tax)?

The seller of ICE car knows how to handle VAT exemption - so he needs to pay just the price of the car, no work for him. Sellers at Tesla dont know how to do this :/
